Northwood Villa sleeps groups comfortably across the main house and separate guest casita. The heated saltwater pool and hot tub are available year-round. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, so we ask that guests respect noise curfews in the evening.

Parking is available on-site. You’ll be just minutes from the shops and restaurants of Downtown West Palm Beach, the Northwood Village arts district, and the beaches of Palm Beach Island.

Guests have full private access to the entire property — main house, casita, pool, hot tub, grill, fire pit, and driveway parking. Self check-in via keypad means no coordination needed. Come and go as you please.

Northwood is one of West Palm Beach’s most charming and walkable historic neighborhoods — think tree-lined streets, colorful bungalows, local coffee shops, and a genuine sense of community that the more touristy parts of South Florida don’t have.

You’re a 5-minute drive from downtown WPB and Clematis Street, 10 minutes from Palm Beach Island and the beach, and about 15 minutes from PBI airport. Restaurants, bars, and weekend markets are all within easy reach — but the neighborhood itself is quiet and residential, so you get the best of both worlds.

Northwood Village, just down the road, has a growing arts and dining scene worth exploring — local favorites, independent boutiques, and a relaxed vibe that feels distinctly un-chain.

The property includes free driveway parking for 1-2 cars — no street parking hassles.

A car is recommended for exploring the area, though Uber and Lyft are readily available and affordable throughout WPB. PBI airport is about 15 minutes away, making for an easy arrival and departure.
For day trips, Palm Beach Island is 10 minutes east, and the Brightline station — with direct trains to Miami and Orlando — is just 2 miles away, about 8 minutes by car. The Kravis Center and Norton Museum are both within a short drive as well.
