PROPERTY
Nestled on 48.5 acres of wooded land, this home offers a truly private and serene escape with no neighbors in sight. A long gravel driveway leads back to the property, adding to the secluded charm.

RIVER ACCESS
Adventure awaits just steps from your door with direct access to the beautiful White River. Water shoes are highly recommended for a more comfortable experience.

HOT TUB
Unwind under the stars in our spacious 8-person hot tub. Take in the serene riverfront views while soaking your stress away.

OUTDOOR PATIO
Enjoy the beautiful stone patio overlooking the peaceful river — the perfect spot for morning coffee, dinner al fresco, or simply watching the water drift by. Please note that the cushioned patio furniture is stored during the winter months for seasonal care.

FIREPIT
Enjoy cozy evenings around the concrete firepit with built-in seating. We supply a starter bundle of 30 firewood pieces for your convenience.

BEDROOMS
Sleep everyone comfortably in this spacious home with 5 bedrooms. The main-floor primary suite features a private ensuite bathroom and sliding-door access to the hot tub for the ultimate relaxation. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with full-size beds, while the lower level offers two bedrooms with queen beds — giving everyone plenty of space and privacy.

BATHROOMS
There’s plenty of space for everyone with 3.5 bathrooms throughout the home. You’ll find 1.5 baths on the main level, plus one full bathroom upstairs and another downstairs, making it easy for guests to get ready and unwind comfortably.

KITCHEN
Our fully stocked, modern kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite meals. Enjoy peaceful river views and serene sunrises as you brew a fresh cup of coffee (or two) to start your day.

LIVING ROOM
Get cozy in the living room with an Amazon Fire TV, perfect for movie nights. Expansive windows offer stunning views of the river, letting you soak in the natural beauty even while indoors. The fireplace adds a cozy touch to the space, but it’s currently not available for use to ensure guest safety.

DINING ROOM
Gather around the 6-person dining table or pull up a seat at the kitchen island for a casual meal or game night.

DOWNSTAIRS
Discover a bonus living area perfect for fun and relaxation. It features a kitchenette, dining table, foosball, workout equipment, and comfortable couches with a TV — ideal for game nights, workouts, or just hanging out.

WASHER & DRYER
Pack light and stay fresh— the Riverside Retreat includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Whether you’re drying swimsuits after a day in the river or catching up on laundry during a longer stay, we’ve got you covered.

WATER
The home runs on well water, which is safe for drinking and daily use. For convenience and peace of mind, you may wish to bring bottled water for drinking. Our stainless steel refrigerator features a built-in ice maker and water dispenser for your convenience.

MISC
Please note that the property is located in a rural setting. While we have regular professional pest control, it's possible to encounter some bugs—part of the charm of being surrounded by nature.

Acknowledgment of our rental agreement is required prior to arrival. This will be sent to you upon booking confirmation.

Riverdale Retreat is tucked away offering a secluded and peaceful setting. A long driveway provides plenty of space for parking multiple vehicles. Please note the garage is not available for guest use.

During periods of heavy rain or snow, we recommend a four-wheel drive for navigating the gravel drive safely. Take it slow on your way in—you just might spot some local wildlife along the way!
