NOTE:
· No smoking or vaping anywhere within the property inside and outside. If you need to smoke, you have to be out of the property.
· No incense, candles, or open flames are permitted within the property.
· Fireworks are also prohibited within the property.
· We provide a charcoal starter for your grilling needs, but please remember to bring your own charcoal to fuel the fire.
· Please let us know ahead of time if you are bringing a boat or trailer to ensure there is enough space so it doesn't disrupt the neighbors.
· There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 3rd guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests. If the additional guests will be added after booking, Airbnb will recalculate and add the additional guest fees.
· Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost.
