The villa has a total floor area of 580 sqm (including balcony) over two floors of built-in floor space, and it is within a 900 sq meter land.

There are 5 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms face the pool onm the ground floor. The other three rooms are on the 2nd floor.

Every room has its ensuite bathroom and its own TV and air conditioning unit.

The living room and dining room on the ground floor is spread over 250 sqm. There is 75 inch smart TV the living room with 1 75 inch TV, dining table that seats 10-12, a complete kitchen (filtered drinking water, dish washer etc) with an island table for breakfast and casual meals.

There is a private pool framed by tropical gardens within the villa grounds. Fully furnished.

Additional Features: Free Wi-Fi, manned security with patrols regularly within the maan Tawan complex, safe deposit boxes in every room, pet friendly.

Can accommodate up to 10 persons, with one room (facing pool) that is quite wheel chair friendly.


There is some construction happening across the road, so you may hear a bit of noise.

Note that there is additional payment for electricity “electricity usage will be charged at cost as levied by the estate”.

1. Drinking water: clean water truck comes every Wednesday. Please let us know before Wednesday how many clean water bottles you need. Also pls place empty bottles to be replaced outside the garage gate.
2. Swimming pool cleaner will attend every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. So pls expect him entering through the side door.
3. Gardening: The gardener will attend every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. He will also enter through the side door.

You will be able to use the entire house

The pool is private. Enjoy it and please supervise the children and pets if you have.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING AND STRICTLY OBSERVE QUIET TIME AT 10PM TO 8AM.

Rules and Regulations:
1. Totally no smoking with within the villa building, ground floor and 2nd floor. Fine of THB 5000 per incidence or smell of cigarette/canabis. Smoking allowed in the patio and oputside garden areas.

2. Totally no partying and loud music within the premise. THB 5000 fine if there is a complaint lodged by neighbors.

3. Pets allowed. But damage or mess made to furniture, mattresses (and similar items) there will be replacement costs for tenant to pay.
