The location provides easy access to local parks, schools, and the quaint downtown area, which features restaurants, shops, and community events. Its proximity to major highways also makes it convenient for commuting to Kansas City or exploring nearby attractions while maintaining a relaxed suburban feel.

Getting around is convenient due to the town's pedestrian-friendly layout and easy access to major roads like I-29, which connects to Kansas City and the airport. Downtown Platte City, with its shops, dining, and services, is within walking distance or a short drive away. Public transportation options are limited, so having a car is ideal. Parking at the property is convenient, with ample driveway space and street parking available in the neighborhood.

✅Stairs required — apartment is on the top floor
✅We provide initial supplies to get you started. For the duration of your stay, you'll need to purchase any additional supplies you require.
✅Missing key will result in a $50 fine and guests will have to pay the locksmith service if needed.
✅During colder months, ice may form on stairs, walkways, and outdoor areas. We provide salt and sand for de-icing, but please use caution as weather can change rapidly.
