Only a 2 minute Walk to Beach Access on Wilmar Ave. One of few large homes in DOWNTOWN Pismo Beach. Long Driveway with parking for 5 cars (tandem) and street parking.

Guests will have full use of the entire home.

Our family parks the car and rarely uses it while we are in town. We like to walk to restaurants.

Please note that our homes do not have air conditioning, as it’s not a common feature in Pismo Beach. The evenings here are typically cool, and opening the windows allows for a refreshing breeze. For those rare warmer nights, we do provide fans to ensure your comfort.
