You will have access to every room in Villa, the garden in the front and in the back, swimming pool, all the balconies, two own parking spaces and you can park on the street as well. There is more than enough parking spaces since it is a very quiet street and there are not much neighbours yet, this is due to the fact that the street is recently built.
Except the storage at garage area, that is for our cleaners and us. Please note once in a while we might want to access that storage during your stay. Of course we will inform you in advance

We are usually available in the app, but rarely between 10 pm and 7 am. We react fast to messages.

- Essentials like toilet paper, toothpaste are limited as welcome gift, after used away please provide from shop
- you need to empty the big trashcans in front of the house yourself. we will give instructions how to do it easily
- in February, March and April we provide air purifiers in every room
- This is a tropical country and there are mosquitos. Don't leave the doors downstairs open and the windows upstairs to avoid the mosquitos. In any case we place in the house some mosquito repellent devices. But in case you let the mosquitos in you should accept it, and use mosquito repellents :]
