The living area features tasteful, comfortable furnishings and opens to the screened porch—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The kitchen is fully stocked and now features all-new stainless steel appliances.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8):
– Master Bedroom: King bed + en suite bath with walk-in glass shower, soaking tub, and double vanities
– Bedroom 2: Queen bed + shared hall bath (tub/shower combo)
– Bedroom 3: Full-over-full bunk beds + shared bath
– Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

Additional Info

– The beach access is just a quick and easy walk—right across 30A in just a couple of minutes!
– The community pool includes a grill for guest use (please note: the pool is not heated).

You’ll arrive to a starter supply of essentials, including:
– Body wash, shampoo & conditioner
– Hand soap
– Toilet paper & paper towels
– Trash bags
– Dishwasher and laundry pods

House Rules:
– No smoking anywhere on the property
– Maximum occupancy is enforced
– All renters must be 25 or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
– Any damages during your stay will be the responsibility of the booking guest

Golf Cart Use & Guest Policies

– The golf cart is street legal only (no driving on sidewalks) and a fun, convenient way to explore the area!
– The cart may not be driven past Rosemary Beach to the east or WaterColor to the west.
– Guests are responsible for keeping the cart charged; any issues due to a dead battery from failure to charge will be billed to the renter.

– All renters must be 25 or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under 25.

– The owner and/or host are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from use of the golf cart or other amenities provided.
