Privacy and Luxury! Three Luxurious and Unique Cottages sited on swim-able private lake-all for you! Enjoy kayaks, paddle boards, and a peddle boat plus trails on our private 10 acre pond and 68 acres of fields and trails and adjacent 300 acre State Forest. Super-fast internet! Enjoy gracious, well appointed homes, privacy for all!. Dog Friendly! Spring fed pond is clear and clean-wonderful swimming! Note: You are the only guests, but you might see our crew, keeping everything beautiful!

Perfectly private! You will be the only guests on the lake. Fed by mountain springs and streams, the pond's waters are constantly refreshed. The sandy beach features 2 roofed and decked pavilions, huge native sand beach, gas barbecue, wood fired pizza oven, fire pit (with wood) tables, chairs and chaise lounges, plus a volleyball/badminton net and sand toys.

Please! Drive only on the gravel driveways -the septic systems do not tolerate driving on the lawn.

The main LUX Cottage features large kitchen with pots and pans, exquisite china and silver- everything you need for entertaining, plus a dining room comfortable for 8-10. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen on the wrap around deck overlooking the pond and graceful bridges to islands, Screened gazebo provides a peaceful retreat for breakfast or cocktails. The Pond Cottage has a luxurious jetted tub and separate shower plus a 1/2 bath and laundry room. Enjoy the outdoor shower under the pines after a swim. New and comfy queen sofa bed in the living room. There are also Two workspaces in the living room for those who want to keep up with business while on vacation.
The LUX Cottage has super fast internet, Heat, AC and electric fireplace for chilly nights and days. All the cottages have a small collection of books and toys to keep the kids amused on rainy days.

Please note that while we do our very best to keep the grills, decks, dock and toys current and in good shape, some wear should be expected. WE humbly request that you bring ANY and ALL issues with our grounds, grills, beach and trails to our attention as soon as you notice a problem. That way we can get to fixing it for you. 68 acres is a lot to keep track of and we really appreciate your help in staying on top of problems.

Walk or snowshoe the trails on our private estate or venture in to the adjacent 300 acre State Forest with miles of trails and even an old gold mine! This four-season home makes a great base for exploring the foliage in fall and hiking the White Mountains any time of year. In the winter there are numerous ski resorts all around the White Mountains including Cannon and Bretton Woods.
Dog and Kid friendly! We have sleeping mats and sleeping bags for adventurous children. Just ask.

The adjacent St. George Guest House has its own deck and patio doors overlooking the pond, full bath and a convenience kitchen. Cosy private sleeping loft is up the spiral stairs and full sized sofa bed in the living room. The St George guest house has fast internet, Heat, AC and electric "wood "stove for chilly nights and days.
barbecue, fire pit (with wood) tables, chairs and chaise lounges, plus a volleyball/badminton net and sand toys.

The Sun House has an enormous deck with dining table and chairs, is an all wood interior with a full bath (separated from the bedroom by a folding screen) featuring a Japanese soaking tub with shower wand. An adjustable full bed in the bed room and a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. This cosy home is furnished with lovely china, cookware and all you need to fix a breakfast, quick snack, or meal.

Guests may have the run of the property. Our beautiful 68 acres requires a lot of upkeep so you may encounter staff or volunteers who water the flowers, clear the trails and keep the property in trim, but no other guests will be allowed. Owner lives up the hill in the barn (not visible from the cottages, but close enough for a quick response to requests and questions.)

I am generally in residence up the hill at the barn-available for advice, directions, dreams and wishes. I also have a small Tibetan terrier-Miss Minerva, who has her own yard, but she occasionally escapes. She is very friendly to guests and visiting dogs.

Close to town but with a totally private feel-The residences at the pond are a perfect home base for all the hiking, climbing, rafting and paddling that the White Mountains and the great North Woods has to offer. The only problem is that you won't want to leave!
