Guests have the entire back cottage and its private, fenced yard. The front cottage is a separate rental w/ its own fenced yard and is not included unless you book it.
Check in yourself with a keypad. We’re available by message throughout your stay.
• Damage waiver or deposit: For everyone's protection, we require either a small non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit at booking.
• Sea turtle nesting season: Sea turtle nesting season runs May through October. If you notice nesting activity, please admire from a distance—protecting this beach is part of what makes it so special.
• Another group may be staying in the front cottage during your visit.
• Pets: one dog is welcome for an additional fee.
• Max occupancy: 4 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• No parties or events. Quiet hours are 11p to 7a.
• No smoking or vaping inside the cottage.
• Parking: 2 spots max.
