This well-designed apartment is newly furnished and offers the ultimate lifestyle experience in a truly outstanding location.

Two bedrooms await you in this charming retreat. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious queen-size bed and a private ensuite for comfort, while the second bedroom provides a cozy single bed. Additionally, a well-appointed main bathroom is available for the convenience of other guests.

As you step down the hallway, you'll be greeted by the inviting open living and kitchen area—an ideal space for culinary creations and relaxation.

The laundry is located in the hallway cupboard and contains a washer/dryer combo.

For a delightful evening experience, consider taking a seat on the balcony and savouring a glass of fine wine.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

All linens and towels will be included for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

KEYS

Keys can be collected from the Key Nest Essendon SamMart & Café. The store is approximately a 3-minute drive from the home.

Opening hours:
Monday to Saturday 09.00 am – 10.00 pm.

Let us know if you're arriving or departing outside these times.

Your unique booking code for the key lock box will be set to 415996.

Your unique key code will be in the house manual sent 3 days before your stay.

The keys must be collected and returned to this location. If you are checking out outside of the Key Nest store hours please contact us. Do not leave the keys in the apartment.

ARRIVING OUTSIDE OF OPENING HOURS
Please check the opening hours for your home’s key collection location. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, we can arrange access via a key lockbox for your convenience. Please note there is a $50 fee to set this up.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet. The keys are available at the Essendon SamMart and Cafe, which is located a 3 minute drive from the apartment. The hours of operation are Monday to Thursday and Sunday 8.00-22.00, and Friday to Saturday, 8.00 to 23.00. The keys must be collected and returned here.
