• Primary Bedroom: Features 2 queen-size beds, an en-suite private bath, a smart TV for streaming, a hanging rack for clothes, a nightstand with 2 reading lamps, and a ceiling fan.
• Second Bedroom: Features 2 queen-size beds, an en-suite private bath, a smart TV, a closet with hangers, a nightstand with a reading lamp, and a ceiling fan.
All fresh sheets, pillows, and cozy linens are included.

🚿 Bathrooms
Both bathrooms feature a full tub/shower setup, making it easy to thaw out after a crisp day on the beach or the golf course. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are provided, and all plush towels are included.

🍳 Kitchen & Living Area
Our open-concept floor plan is designed for cozy indoor relaxation and family movie nights. The living room includes a large flat-screen smart TV to access your favorite streaming services, alongside a pullout sofa (all sheets, extra blankets, and pillows are provided).

The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to cook warm, comforting meals, including:

• Full-size refrigerator and freezer with ice maker
• Electric oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher
• Toaster, blender, and baking dishes/cookie sheets
• Pots, pans, children's plates, cups, and plasticware
• A complete coffee station featuring a Keurig (K-cups) and a standard 12-cup coffee pot.

A washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the kitchen area for your use.

You have full access to all the premier amenities that Litchfield by the Sea has to offer, including 2 outdoor hot tubs, championship tennis and pickleball courts, a scenic marsh fishing pier, a kids' playground, and miles of paved walking/biking paths. You are also just steps away from excellent on-site resort dining like Coastal Dish, The Deck, and Starbucks.

If walking is more your style, you can take a peaceful 5-to-8 minute stroll along one of the many scenic resort paths to the private beach access, which features an elevated viewing deck—perfect for watching uncrowded winter sunrises.

Vehicle & Parking Access:
If you plan on driving your car through the resort to park closer to the beach, please use the app to notify us ahead of time. We will need to register your vehicle and reserve your gate pass to enter the main gated beachfront portion of the resort.

You will be provided with just about everything you'll need... one set of sheets per bed and pull-out sofa sleeper, one set of bath towels per registered guest, beach towels (8), beach chairs (8), washcloths, hand towels and dish towels. A starter pack of soap, toilet paper, roll of paper towels, dish tabs/liquid dish soap, hand soap, and trash bags for short stays... anything additional for longer stays you will need to bring.

☆ Early check-in/late check-out cannot be accommodated in the high season. I am happy to provide local recommendations to keep you busy prior to 4pm.

☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation.

☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation.

☆No smoking/vaping/marijuana is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property.

☆Dogs permitted for an additional fee of $25 per night per animal with prior approval of the owner. Please submit inquiry before booking. Cats or other pets not permitted.

☆Additional Cleaning Fees: The cleaning fee covers a standard turnover only. Excessive cleaning due to unusually dirty conditions, biohazardous materials (including human or pet waste, bodily fluids, or vomit), excessive trash, stains, or other conditions requiring significantly more cleaning time may result in an additional cleaning fee charged after checkout. Charges will be based on the actual time and cost required to restore the property.

☆REFUNDS☆
We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather related issues, power outages, beach closures, personal illness or injury, or natural disasters.
