- Our beautiful Studio 34 occupies part of the top floor of the famous Dehavilland Building.
- Converted from an historic aeroplane parts factory the conversion is now home to stylish apartments boasting many original features from the Art Deco building constructed in the 1930s.
- Designed with all natural birch wooden floors and gentle palates with decorative object curated to enhance the space and light.
- Facing east with a 25m long bank of windows the apartment is flooded with light with views both towards the city in one direction and marshland the other.

- Large open plan living room with over sized sofas, 58inch Led and Coffee table.
- Open kitchen with large dining table and chairs equipped with 4 ring stove and oven and grill.
- Double bedroom with double bed and built in cupboards
- Elevated chill out area with tatami mats for meditation and yoga. This area can also double as a bedroom with king size mattress, bamboo blinds and hanging curtains.
