Nantiruj Tower stands at the far end of Soi Sukhumvit 8, a residential lane about a kilometer long off Sukhumvit Road, between BTS Nana and BTS Asok.

Nana is where Sukhumvit's nightlife, Koreatown and Benjakitti Park all meet, and Soi Sukhumvit 8 is the residential lane one turn off it that stays quiet. The lane runs about a kilometer from the main road, which is both why it is quiet and why the walk out is worth planning. [Open Layout] A one-bedroom with an open layout: the king bed, sofa and desk share the space. The bathroom has its own door.

[Residential Building] This is a residential building, not a hotel, with no 24-hour front desk. Building staff open the main door on weekdays until 17:00. Arriving after 17:00 or on a Saturday? Tell us your arrival time one day ahead, so we can let the security guard know.

[Established Building] Nantiruj Tower is an established Bangkok condominium with roomy floor plans: this home is 54 m², with the desk at a floor-to-ceiling window.

[The Soi] Soi 8 runs about a kilometer from Sukhumvit Road, which keeps the far end quiet at night. The walk to BTS Nana is about 10 minutes, or about 2 minutes by golf cart when staff are available (not on Saturdays).

[Building Facilities] The pool, gym and sauna are run by building management. The pool and sauna were freshly refurbished in October 2026 and are fully open.

[Guest Registration] Thai law requires us to collect a copy of every guest's passport or Thai ID before check-in. Every guest must also bring that passport or ID and present it at check-in. We file the TM30 immigration report for you.

[Rental Agreement] Every booking needs a signed rental agreement before check-in.

[Security Deposit] A refundable deposit, used only for utilities, mainly electricity. Credit card only; we cannot accept a cash deposit. How it works: the amount is shown on the final checkout page, the last step before you pay. The deposit is charged to your card 2 days before check-in. At check-out we read the electricity meter, and 2 days after check-out the deposit is refunded, less any electricity used above the included allowance.

[Electricity] Monthly stays include an electricity allowance of 1,500 THB. Usage above it is billed fairly at the building's own rate of 7 THB per kWh, read from the meter at check-out and settled from the deposit.

[Cleaning on Long Stays] The apartment is cleaned before you arrive. Mid-stay cleaning and a linen change are paid extras you can book through us.

[Compliance with Local Laws] In accordance with Thai law on short-term rentals, please direct any queries to our cohost for prompt assistance.

[Early Check-In, Late Check-Out] Both are paid options, subject to availability.

[Photos] The photos show the home as closely as we can. If a detail matters to you, ask us when the photos were taken.

[Wear and Tear] The home is used by guests all year, so normal wear and tear applies.

[Maintenance] From time to time maintenance takes place in the home, in the building and its shared amenities, and in neighboring buildings. This is outside our control.
