Hoboken

This listing is for the entire private apartment. I will not be in the apartment during your stay but will be available via text/phone/email for any questions.

The apartment is right on Washington Street which is the main street in Hoboken. There are many cafes and restaurants on this street that are great places to go for breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee and dinner. There are also several boutiques as well as supermarkets and convenience stores. It is also very close to the waterfront and piers where you can find the best views of the New York City skyline. The waterfront walkway and piers are also great places to walk and jog at anytime of the day or just relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. (only 2-3 short blocks from the apartment)

This apartment has a very modern and high end look, high ceilings, crown molding, central heat, heated bathroom tiles and has a very cozy and comfortable feel. It is a walk up building (no elevator) on the 4th floor. So when entering the building there are 3 sets of stairs to walk up.

The oversized apartment room you will be staying in has a queen bed, multiple pillows, full length mirror, closet with hangers, closet space for shoes, and wall closet/storage area. There is also central heat. Air conditioning is available through window units. The bathroom tiles are also heated and the shower has great water flow.

The couch in the living room can be turned into a sofa bed. There is also an additional twin bed available in a separate room. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a long term stay.

There is a new washer + dryer in the unit that you are welcome to use.

Right outside of the apartment are buses that take you straight to midtown NYC in as little as 15 minutes. These buses usually run every 15 minutes so it is very convenient to get to and back from the city. (The bus back from the city also drops you off in front of the apartment).

This apartment is also only a few blocks from the ferry that will take you directly to NYC within minutes. The PATH train is in downtown Hoboken which is within walking distance and takes you to several different areas in NYC. I will be available in case you need advice on whether to take the bus, PATH, ferry, train or UBER/Lyft.

Guests will have access to WIFI, Smart TV which includes basic channels, refrigerator, microwave, washer, dryer, electric fireplace, central heat, etc.

I am very accessible during your entire trip. I am happy to answer any questions you might have at any time via the Airbnb app, phone, text or email. I usually answer right away or within minutes.

The apartment is located on Washington Street.

Tons of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, boutiques, parks, piers and takeout places are steps from the apartment. Gorgeous views of New York City and a lot of parks and waterfront walking/running/biking paths. This is a great and safe neighborhood.

If you want to go somewhere just ask me and I will let you know the best and most economical way to get there.

Everything you might need will be within very close walking distance in Hoboken. (food, grocery store, drugstore, CVS, Rite Aid, etc.)

If you want to go to Manhattan:
There is a bus that stops right in front of the apartment that takes you to Manhattan (midtown) in about 15 minutes for $3.50. There is a bus about every 15-20 minutes.

Ferry to NYC is a 3 block walk.

15 minute walk to the PATH.

Uber, Uber Pool and Lyft are also good options if you are in a rush.

PARKING:
There is street parking but it could be difficult to get a spot if you are not a permanent resident with a parking permit.

There are many parking garages in the area. Please inquire with the parking garages to find out their rates.

LONG TERM GUESTS (7 days+) -
There will be a cleaning before and after your stay. (no in-between cleanings). During your stay please clean up after yourself. You will have access to clean linen, towels, soap, washer/dryer etc. Please make sure to purchase your own toiletries, dish soap, etc. or any other items you may need for your extended stay.
