About this house
-Guests have access to the entire property and surrounding areas around it with the exception of one closet which is used for maid storage.
-The outdoor areas which include pool/jacuzzi/backyard firepit etc is restricted from 9pm-8am for most groups.
-Certain exceptions might apply if approved by host prior to booking. Please inquire before booking if concerned.
-Guests will self-check into the property via code entry and will not meet hosts face to face unless of an emergency or a pre-arrangement by guests and hosts
-Hosts are available via call, text, or Airbnb app.
-For safety and security, communicating through the Airbnb app is the preferred means of communication.
The property is located in the coveted Mt Helix neighborhood of San Diego County which consists of many large, upscale homes with plenty of separation from one another with lots of parking. Approximately 5 minutes from the freeway, and approximately 20 minutes from SD's major attractions and the beach. There is a nearby Starbucks and VONS grocery store just minutes away for convenience. There is great privacy and separation from neighbors, but the neighborhood is still quiet as its residential, so noise ordinances must be respected, and noise volume must moderate especially when outside and by the pool.
The property located in central San Diego County so guests should have no issues getting dropped off or picked up with ride sharing apps. If not using ride sharing apps, its recommended to use a personal vehicle as most destinations are a short drive away.
-Please be mindful of noise volume especially outside and by the pool
-Please show utmost respect to our neighbors especially relating to noise
-We provide 1 roll of paper towels per reservation
-Pool heating brings temperature to approximately 82 degrees
-Hot tub temp is 101
-Extra fees apply for pool/hot tub heating and if bringing pets
-Service people are permitted to access the outside of the property and pool to perform their weekly maintenance duties
-We classify our 60 sqft bonus room as our 8th bedroom
-Pool floaties are for staging purposes only and are not a guaranteed amenity
-The water basketball hoop is for staging purposes only and is not a guest amenity due to frequent misuse and damages
-All twin beds are day beds or trundles
