🔑 Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home during their stay—it's yours to enjoy! Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock on the front door. We’ll provide your unique code prior to check-in, so you can arrive at your convenience with contactless, self-check-in.

The home is thoughtfully designed for privacy and comfort, with two distinct living spaces:

Main Level: Includes the primary living area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and front and back porches.

Downstairs Guest Suite: A completely separate, private suite located on the lower level of the home. There is no internal staircase connecting it to the upstairs, ensuring privacy for groups who may want a bit of separation (great for families, couples, or friends traveling together). The downstairs suite has its own entrance, kitchentte, bathroom and is fully self-contained.

You’ll have full use of all porches, the driveway, and the peaceful forested surroundings—no shared spaces with anyone outside your group.

Late check-ins are no problem. Check in as late as you need to. SELF CHECK IN means you can check in anytime you want after 3pm. You'll have 24 hr access to check yourself in when you arrive anytime after 3pm (earlier check in may be arranged upon advance request).

This is a very safe, quiet, MAGICAL FOREST NEIGHBORHOOD. In the mountainous forest of Asheville. Close enough (15 minutes or less) to several freeways, Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking, downtown, breweries & The Biltmore. But tucked away in forested mountains with a neighborhood water, birds, squirrels, chipmunks, groundhogs, turkeys, deer, bears and other occasional animal visitors! Escape to our Farm-tique Forest Retreat and relax in our Magical Forest!

Your own car is ideal. AVL Ride is our local rideshare, but Uber and Lyft are also available!

🏞️ Things to Know When Staying in the Mountains

-Cell Service: We’re tucked in a forested mountain area, so cell service may be spotty depending on your provider. Connect to our Wi-Fi to boost service.
-House Phone Provided: A landline is available for your use.
-Well Water: The home uses fresh, clean well water—perfectly safe for drinking, cooking, and bathing.
-Septic System: We are on a septic system, so please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or food down the drains.
