Immediate area is central Silom / Suriyawong in Bang Rak District: corporate offices, mid‑to‑high‑rise hotels and serviced apartments, Silom Complex mall, Patpong night market and entertainment streets, many street‑level cafes and restaurants, and quick access to Lumpini Park (short walk). The vibe mixes daytime business district energy with active evening dining and nightlife.

Best local links are public transit (BTS Skytrain and MRT subway) and taxis/ride‑hailing. The Sala Daeng BTS (Silom Line) and Si Lom (MRT Blue Line) interchange is within a few minutes’ walk, giving fast access to Sukhumvit, Siam, Chatuchak and other central hubs. Numerous city buses run on Si Lom Road. Walkable to nearby shops and restaurants; metered taxis and motorcycle taxis are plentiful for door‑to‑door trips. Expect traffic congestion in peak hours—allow extra time for car travel.

[Building Registration] The building registers every guest. Before check-in we need a passport copy for each adult and an email address. At check-in each adult does a face scan for building access.

[Semi-Open Bathroom] The soaking tub sits in the bedroom behind a glass partition, and the bathroom has a glass wall onto the bedroom. Best for guests who share the bedroom.

[Windows] Floor-to-ceiling fixed glass with a narrow opening panel. There is no private balcony.

[Linen and Towels] One set of linen and towels per booking, provided at check-in. For a fresh set, book a mid-stay cleaning (paid add-on, includes a linen change) or use the washer.

[Utilities on Monthly Stays] Monthly stays include a utility allowance of 2,000 THB per month. Usage above the allowance is billed.

[Deposit] As a professional host, we take the deposit as a hold on your credit card, not a cash payment. The hold is released after check-out.

[TM30] TM30 immigration registration is available. We need your passport and visa documents to file it.

[Residential Building] This is a residential condo, not a hotel. Food deliveries stop at the lobby and you collect them there. Reception does not accept parcels on your behalf.

[Shared Facilities] The pools, gyms, sauna and spa room are run by the building and can close for maintenance, which is outside our control.
