We look forward to welcoming you to St Osyth Beach Escape, your comfortable base for enjoying Clacton-on-Sea and the Essex coast. 🌊🏖️

Guests have full private access to the holiday home for the duration of their stay, including both bedrooms, the shower room, the separate toilet, kitchen, lounge and dining area. Parking is opposite the caravan at the park sales office – please don't park next to the caravan, as the park can issue fines. Use of the park's facilities is managed by the holiday park, and passes are paid for at park reception.

Your stay is self check-in, so you won't need to meet anyone on arrival. We're always happy to help – just message us through the app at any time before or during your stay. In an emergency, please call us using the number provided in your booking.

The holiday home is accessed via a lockbox, and the access code will be sent to you before arrival. The holiday home is for the exclusive use of the registered guests during their stay.

Bedding is provided, but towels are not – please bring your own towels.
No smoking or vaping inside the caravan.
Sofa bed bedding is left out for guests to make up if needed.
All guests must be declared before arrival.
One shower room serves the whole caravan, with a separate toilet.
The park is closed from 14 February to 1 March each year.
Park facilities (pool, entertainment and shop) and their opening times are run by the holiday park and may be limited or closed over the winter – please check with park reception.
