🤝 During your stay, you'll have the added benefit of an on-site host who resides in a private main-floor bedroom separate from the guest accommodations. While you'll enjoy your own private spaces, the host is available to answer questions, provide assistance if needed, and help ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

🏡 There is also a long-term tenant who occupies a private basement bedroom. The tenant has a separate exterior entrance at the back of the home and uses the shared common areas on the main floor and in the basement. The upper level, including all three guest bedrooms, is reserved exclusively for guests, allowing you to enjoy your own private sleeping accommodations while sharing the home's common spaces in a respectful and welcoming environment.
