This home is also just a few blocks back from the ocean and comes with complimentary use of a golf cart. This indeed is a place for rest and relaxation and fun in the sun.

We are pleased to offer this brand new 3bed, 2 bath home with one of the best views in OSV! Like our other two homes, this is just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach (cart included). Enjoy not having to look for a parking spot at the beach with the private beach parking . Complimentary beach chairs and various beach items provided. The indoor pool is just a short 30 second walk. This is indeed your place to relax and unwind! Smoking is not allowed inside the home on decks or the below the home in the outdoor space. Outdoor areas are subject to video monitoring.

Downstairs enclosed garage area is owner storage and is not accessible to guests.

The complimentary golf cart is a great way to access the private beach parking and pools inside Oceanside Village. We're sorry but the cart is not allowed outside of OSV.
