Please note that while you'll have the privacy of your own space, there are neighbors on either side, as this is a residential area. We kindly ask that guests be considerate and respectful of the neighbors, keeping noise levels to a minimum after 10pm to ensure everyone's comfort.

Please also note the driveway will only fit one car. There is free on street parking but it can get busy at times

1. **Railway Line**: Our holiday home is situated adjacent to a railway line that is still in use. While the house is fully insulated and double glazed to minimize noise, please be aware that there may be occasional minimal noise from passing trains, particularly at the rear of the property.

2. **Town Centre Location**: We are located in the heart of the town center, offering convenient access to local amenities and attractions. While there is ample street parking available with no restrictions, there may be occasions when parking directly outside the home is unavailable due to high demand. However, rest assured that you can still utilise the driveway for parking.

3.**Fireplace**: Please note we do not provide logs for the fire. If you would like to use logs can be bought at Sainsbury’s a few minutes walk or Hadfields a local hardware store.
