The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family feasts or quick bites, while the dining table and comfortable lounge provide plenty of room for everyone to come together.

The master bedroom welcomes you with its spacious layout and a private ensuite featuring a large shower and toilet.

Off the kitchen, a well-appointed laundry with a washing machine, dryer, and essentials ensures convenience during more extended stays.

Down the second hallway, you’ll find three additional bedrooms and the main bathroom, complete with bath, shower, and toilet, perfect for families with children or groups of friends. With four bedrooms in total, everyone has their own private haven to rest and recharge.

The alfresco area is a standout, offering outdoor seating and a BBQ for relaxed dining under the open sky. The real highlight, however, is the swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on warm days, letting the kids splash about, or simply soaking up the sun by the landscaped surrounds that enhance the home’s peaceful, holiday atmosphere.

Guests can enjoy the convenience of both garage and driveway parking. A secure garage and spacious driveway provide plenty of parking options during your stay, with ample space available for your vehicles.

The house is on a residential street with permanent tenants nearby, so we rent to mature guests who will remain respectful of our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

All linens and towels will be included for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

There are security cameras located by the front door and inside the garage.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions.
