● Located on a mixed residential and commercial main road. There is a bit of traffic in front of the house, which is completely manageable. You may hear road noise from the living room.
● Walk or ride 11 blocks to St Charles for the streetcar. $1.25/ride or $3 all day.
● Uber is also very easy. $10-15 and 10-15 minutes to get downtown.
● Walk blocks to Magazine and hail a cab.
● Catch a bus a 1/2 block away on the corner.
The base rate is valid for up to 8 guests, but additional guests are charged an additional fee. Max occupancy of 10.
If you have fewer guests than your original booking, one price adjustment may be made before arrival. Refund is 50% of the additional guest fee up to 1 week before arrival.
