Two queen beds and a sleeper sofa sleep up to 6 comfortably, with a full bath on the main level and a half bath upstairs — plus a fully-stocked kitchen for easy meals in. It's an ideal spot for families, friend groups, or anyone looking to share a little slice of Birch Bay magic

Birch Bay is beloved for its breathtaking sunsets, laid-back vibe, and packed summer activity calendar — from waterfront dining to seasonal events and water recreation. You get all the fun with none of the noise, thanks to the condo's tucked-away location in the complex.

Whether you're building sandcastles by day or watching the sun dip below the horizon in the evening, this is your home base for an unforgettable getaway on the Washington coast.

Guests have full access to the condo, as well as full access to the community amenities including indoor pool and tennis courts.

From the condo, you can easily walk to restaurants and coffee shops.

You can also rent golf carts or bikes to enjoy the area as well.

The nightly rate covers up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $20 per night.

Guest are allowed to bring up to 2 cars. Parking passes are on the fridge in the condo and should be placed on the dashboard of each vehicle during your stay.

Community amenities (indoor pool and tennis courts) are available to our guests. A key fob to access these can be found in the entrance of the condo.

The condo is located on the 2nd floor, so you do have to climb a flight of stairs to access it. Please keep this in mind when booking.
