This is a self-catered house; we provide a starter kit with essential supplies for your convenience. You will find a minimum of five rolls of toilet tissue, one roll of paper towels, two trash bags, two pods of laundry detergent, liquid dish soap, two tablets of dishwasher detergent, and a few other items. Our resort charges $25 per vehicle for the gate access card, which must be paid at the resort front desk. Up to four vehicles are allowed per reservation. Trailers, RVs, and commercial vehicles are not permitted inside the resort. Please park your vehicles in a way that will not block the sidewalk, fire hydrants, or other houses' driveways. Do not park or drive over the grass, as it can damage the sprinklers.

Our pool is available 24 hours a day, with the pump running on a timer from 9 am to 10 pm. The pool heating is not included with your stay and must be paid separately. The price for the heating is $35 per booked night (for reservations of 2 nights, the total will be $105). If you plan to use the pool during the winter months, please request pool heating at least three days in advance, as it can take 24 to 48 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature, depending on weather conditions. Please note that the pool heater may work more slowly as it gets colder and may not work at all if the outdoor temperature drops below 45°F.

The charcoal grill is not included in your stay. The rate is $50 per reservation. We do not provide charcoal, other grilling tools, or fluids.
