★ SECURITY DEPOSIT & VERIFICATION GUIDE ★
Exact deposit amount shown at the last checkout page before payment is made (100 GBP).

To keep things simple and transparent, we use an automated deposit handled by our trusted booking partner.

** HOW THE AUTOMATED DEPOSIT WORKS **
(o) HOLD: A hold will be applied to your provided credit card, similar to a high-end hotel.
(o) PRIVACY: We do not hold or see your credit card information.
(o) COLLECTION: The deposit is collected automatically 2 days before check-in.
(o) RELEASE: It is released automatically 2 days after check-out (at 6 PM) if no charge request is submitted.
(o) VISIBILITY: You will see the deposit amount and the collection/release dates during booking and in your guest portal.
(o) ACCESS: Check-in instructions are shared ONLY once the deposit is successfully secured.

** IN CASE OF ISSUES **
If there are damages or house rules broken, the host may submit a charge request. Any unused portion of the deposit is returned promptly 2 days after check-out.

** ID COLLECTION **
We collect and verify your Passport or Thai ID against a photo selfie via our safe 3rd-party provider. We do not keep your data as we do not have access to it.
