Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the storage closet in the kitchen, which has a combination door lock knob, and houses supplies.

Outdoors, guests may enjoy the outdoor property, but may not enter the little garden house by the fire pit, or the wood-shed beside the house. The Garden area is also off limits at this time, as it is being rehabilitated.

Guests will access the property with a code. Host will not be on-property.

Please let us know if you plan to bring ATVs. If there are other outdoor sport activities that you would like to enjoy, please let us know.

Insect repellant is recommended.

We are in the country. You will likely experience country insects and wildlife. Bugs, flies, mosquitoes, and other insects are a part of country life. Although the house has pest management, it is normal for an insect to come through an open door or window. If you encounter one, please either dispatch it, or relocate it. There are no refunds for insect or wild-life encounters.

There are security cameras around the perimeter of the house, on the corners. There are no cameras inside, or where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy.

All outdoor activities, including fishing, canoeing, hiking, ATV rides, or hunting, is done at your own risk, and the owner, host, co-host, or property manager assumes no liability should you choose to participate in such activities.
