I live less than 2 miles from the property and handle most maintenance and yard work with my kids. I give guests their space, but I’m always available if something needs my attention.
The property is in Gulf Breeze Midway, a residential area between Pensacola and Navarre. It is convenient to everyday shopping, dining, Tiger Point Golf and Oriole Beach Boat Ramp. This is not a beachfront or walk-to-beach location.
A car is needed. Pensacola Beach is about 8 miles away, Navarre Beach is about 15 miles away, downtown Pensacola is about 12 miles away and Oriole Beach Boat Ramp is about 2 miles away.
