Shops and markets are within walking distance, but keep in mind it’s an uphill walk—a car makes it much easier for stocking up.

If you’re planning day trips, Split, Krka Waterfalls, and nearby islands are all within easy reach.

Okrug Gornji is a walkable area, with the beach, restaurants, and cafes just a short stroll away.

However, keep in mind that shops and markets are uphill, so having a car makes grocery runs and exploring easier.

For venturing beyond the neighborhood, a boat taxi to Trogir’s UNESCO-listed old town is just a 5-minute walk away—a scenic and stress-free way to explore.
If you're heading further, there are bus connections to Trogir and Split, or you can opt for bike and scooter rentals to explore the coast at your own pace.

For day trips, having a car is recommended, especially if you plan to visit Krka Waterfalls, Split, or nearby islands.

Free parking is available at the property, so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot after a day of adventure.

Well-behaved pets are welcome to join Your stay for €50 per pet, per stay.
We just ask that You keep them out of the pool to ensure a clean and safe space for all guests. Bring their favorite blanket, let them enjoy the fresh air, and make some holiday memories together!

As a 5-unit vacation house, the shared outdoor spaces can be lively, with guests, families and friends - chatting, laughing, and enjoying the pool. While a friendly atmosphere is expected, quiet hours (10 PM–8 AM) must be respected to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
