Located within Lincoln’s central area: Silver Street and nearby High Street provide shops, cafés, pubs and civic attractions. Key nearby points of interest are The Collection museum, the pedestrianised High Street, Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle (all within easy walking distance). The neighbourhood has a lively city-centre vibe during the day and at night please note you may hear noise at night, , and convenient local amenities (supermarket, cafés, takeaways, banks).

Very walkable for city-centre sightseeing — most visitor attractions, shops and dining are within a 5–15 minute walk. Regular local buses stop on/near Silver Street and at the bus station a short walk away for regional routes. Lincoln railway station (often shown as Lincoln Central/’Lincoln’) is about 0.4–0.6 miles (roughly a 8–12 minute walk) from Silver Street, providing regional rail links. For drivers the area is served by the A15/A46 corridors; several public car parks are available in the city centre (short walks from the property). Taxis and local ride-hire operate from the station and High Street.
