The home includes two full bathrooms (one ensuite in the master), three comfortable bedrooms, plus a fun bunk room with three trundle beds in the bonus/game room.
Step outside to enjoy two deluxe BBQs, an expansive patio with a horseshoe pit and basketball hoop, and a large 6–8 person hot tub. Inside, you’ll find two large Smart TVs, fast streaming Wi-Fi, and plenty of games to keep the kids entertained.
With lots of room to stretch out yet still spend meaningful time together, this home strikes the perfect balance of cozy and spacious. Surrounded by mature pines and just a quick drive to Grass Valley and Nevada City, you’ll be close to the action but private enough to truly relax.
The guest can access everything on the property but the garage.

Hot tub rules and fee
• Guests are required to help keep the hot tub clean
• No food or drinks allowed in the hot tub
• No unsupervised children
• Guests must add one tablespoon of shock immediately after each use
• Hot tub must be covered after every use
• Temperature may not be turned below 101°F
• If the hot tub is left visibly unclean or shock is not used, a $150 drain and refill fee will be deducted from the security deposit
• You explicitly note that just two days of use without shock will make the water obviously unclean, so expectations are clear upfront
