Enter through a stainless steel gate into a fish-scale-tiled entry with aviation-inspired seating and space for a motorbike or scooter. Beyond it, an open living, dining, and kitchen level built for gathering: a striking art piece presides over a glass dining table for six, while the lounge pairs a red leather sofa with a Timothy Oulton-inspired Union Jack chesterfield and a mirrored coffee table topped with a decorative chess set. An 85-inch TV with Nintendo Switch 2 anchors game nights, alongside a selection of board games for guests who want to actually play. The kitchen is a showpiece in its own right — a glass-brick illuminated bar, iridescent herringbone tile, and a mirrored curio shelf — and fully equipped for real cooking, with an oven, microwave, rice cooker, and dishwasher. A powder room with a brass pedestal sink and gilt mirror, plus a dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer, complete the level.

Second Floor

Two bedrooms, each with its own character, its own private balcony, and its own TV. The first is anchored by a bold art piece above a wood bed frame, with a sliding glass door opening to a plant-filled nook. It's fully appointed — rattan wardrobe, gold trumpet floor lamp, smart TV, luggage rack, and carved wood nightstands, with the AC unit discreetly framed behind a woven-wood grille. The second bedroom centers on a striking round, blush-toned headboard lit from behind, paired with teal glass pendants, a large window, and its own smart TV. A shared bathroom serves this floor, wrapped floor-to-ceiling in bold scalloped pink tile with a baroque black mirror.

Master Suite — Third Floor

The house's signature space. A king bed sits beneath a wrought-iron acrobat sculpture, facing a round arched window that opens onto a private semi-outdoor nook: a hammock-shaped stainless soaking tub set among river pebbles and greenery, with skyline views over Thonglor's rooftops. The ensuite bathroom is a wellness experience in itself — a state-of-the-art shower system with mist waterfall, rain shower, and jet spa settings, a striking half-moon mirror, and premium toilet fittings, all set against black tile and matte-black fixtures.


MATERIALS & CRAFT

Glass brick, mirrored surfaces, black matte fixtures, and warm limewashed plaster walls form the backbone of the house, with brass and gold accents and jolts of colour woven throughout. Furniture is eclectic and often one-of-a-kind — several pieces designed in-house — while the art collection draws from a deliberately wide net of influences: tributes to Japanese manga, Korean art, and Thai art sit alongside sculptural pieces like the wrought-iron acrobat and the hand-carved wood panel.


BATH & WELLNESS

Three distinct bathroom moments: a boldly scalloped pink-tiled bathroom with a baroque mirror on the second floor, a state-of-the-art master ensuite with mist waterfall, rain shower, and jet spa settings beneath a half-moon mirror, and — the real showstopper — a hammock-shaped soaking tub set in a private open-air nook off the master bedroom, surrounded by pebbles and plants with skyline views.


COMFORT & ESSENTIALS

Come as you are — we've got the rest covered. Every stay includes an iron and board, a first aid kit, three hair dryers, a bathroom scale, and a full set of toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, and the everyday essentials most guests forget to pack). If there's something else you need during your stay, just let us know and we'll do our best to provide it.


MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT

Entertainment is genuinely well set up throughout the house: the living room's 85-inch TV comes with a Nintendo Switch 2, bundled with Mario Kart World — if you're after other titles in particular, just let us know — plus a selection of board games for game nights and a connected speaker system. Each bedroom has its own smart TV. High-speed Wi-Fi covers the whole property.

Set on a peaceful Thonglor soi, Glass Loft is minutes from Bangkok's celebrated "Hi-So" nightlife, Michelin-starred dining, and hidden speakeasies, with easy Grab/taxi access, the canal boat 300m away, and BTS Thong Lo 2.5km away.


HOUSEKEEPING & GUEST SERVICES

Housekeeping is available upon request and availability. Additional housekeeping and laundry services can be arranged at cost. We can assist with coordination for airport pick-up, luxury MPV or van rental with driver, private chef dinners, floral arrangements, and celebratory requests when needed, while not operating full concierge services.

Guests have exclusive, full access to the entire house — no spaces are shared with the host or other guests.
