[Residential Building] Century Spire is a private residential tower, not a hotel. Our own team is not on site. The building's lobby staff are there 24 hours and we answer quickly in the app.

[Guest Registration] The building registers every guest at the entrance on arrival.

[Visitors] Allowed, with a quick and discreet registration at the building.

[East-Facing Windows] The view is sunrise, not sunset, and the room is bright early. Blackout curtains are fitted for late sleepers.

[Amenity Maintenance] Building management occasionally closes the pool, jacuzzi, gym, or library for maintenance. We pass on notice whenever we receive it.

[Monthly Stays] Electricity up to PHP 4,000 is included pro rata on monthly bookings.
