The living room’s electric fireplace sets the scene for slow mornings or firelit evenings, while the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook, mix cocktails, or unwind after a day of adventure.

Both bedrooms feature plush bedding, soft lighting, and their own mini-split systems for perfect temperature control year-round. Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, starter toiletries, and a touch of old-school elegance.

Outside, your private backyard awaits — complete with a twinkle-lit gazebo, cozy seating, and a fire pit perfect for cool mountain nights. Whether you’re sipping whiskey under the stars or sharing stories by the fire, this space is built for connection and calm.

Located less than a mile from downtown Flagstaff and just 20 minutes from Snowbowl, Bootleggers Bungalow puts you close to everything — dining, nightlife, trails, and mountain views. It’s the perfect home base for couples, small groups, or anyone who appreciates a good vibe and great design.

Guests have full access to the entire home and private backyard during their stay. This includes the living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, and all outdoor spaces — the twinkle-lit gazebo, fire pit, and seating area are yours to enjoy.

Parking is available on-site. Check-in is fully contactless through a secure keypad, and you’ll receive your personalized access code before arrival.

For safety, exterior cameras are located at the front and back entry points only. They monitor entrances and do not record any interior or private outdoor areas.

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need anything. Check-in is self-guided, and you’ll have the entire property to yourself. However, if questions come up during your stay — whether it’s restaurant recommendations, fire pit tips, or local hikes — we’re just a quick message away and happy to help.

For guest safety and property security, exterior cameras are installed at the front and back entrances. These record outdoor entry points only — there are no interior or private area cameras.

This is a non-smoking property. A $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or vaping is found inside.

Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM out of respect for neighbors.

While we do our best to maintain the outdoor space year-round, seasonal weather (wind, snow, or pine needles) may affect the yard or furniture.

Driveway and pathways may be icy in winter — please use caution and wear appropriate footwear.

A starter supply of paper goods, soap, and coffee** is provided to get you through the first couple of days.

Pets are welcome! Please clean up after them and keep them off furniture and bedding. A small pet fee applies to help with additional cleaning.
