Public Transport Options

BTS Skytrain: The nearest station is Thonglor BTS, just 300 meters away. It's a fast and efficient way to travel, connecting you to major areas like Siam, Silom, and Sukhumvit.

MRT (Metropolitan Rapid Transit): Complementing the BTS, the MRT provides access to areas like Chinatown and Phahon Yothin. Transfer from the BTS to the MRT at stations like Asok or Mo Chit.

Condo Shuttle Service: A shuttle runs every 10 minutes from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, taking you from the condo to Thonglor BTS station.

River Boats: For destinations near the Chao Phraya River, river boats offer a scenic and efficient mode of transport.

Taxi and Ride-Sharing Services

Tips for Navigating Bangkok

Rush Hours: Bangkok's traffic can be heavy during rush hours (7-9 AM and 4-7 PM). Plan your travel accordingly.

Maps and Apps: Utilize GMaps or local transport apps for navigating routes and checking traffic conditions.

Stay Hydrated: The city can be hot and humid, so carry water with you.
Walking: Exploring Thonglor on foot can be a delightful experience, with many cafes, shops, and local attractions.

[Guest Registration] The building requires every guest to be registered, so we need a passport or ID for each guest before check-in. Without it we can't go ahead with the stay. We handle the registration for you, including the TM30 immigration filing if you need it for a visa or extension.

[Electricity] Monthly stays include 2,000 THB of electricity per month. Anything above that is metered and billed at check-out.

[Security Deposit] A refundable security deposit is taken by card before check-in through a secure partner platform. The amount shows at checkout, and it is released after check-out once we have checked the apartment.

[Shared Facilities] The pool, sauna and gym are run by the building and can close for maintenance, which is outside our control.
