While I welcome children, be advised that the stairway to the loft bedroom is an open stairway. Supervision is required for young children.
Air Conditioning is provided in the loft bedroom. Due to the insulating nature of log homes, I’ve never needed AC on the first floor and do not have one installed for that floor.
