Welcome to "Lowes", our newly refurbished 6-berth holiday home on Mallard View at Billing Aquadrome, set in 235 acres of lakes, rivers and parkland in the beautiful Nene Valley. The caravan sits right on the water, so you can fish from outside the caravan (an Environment Agency rod licence is needed) and watch the lake from your own decking. Perfect for family holidays, fishing trips, countryside breaks and getaways with your four-legged friends.

Billing Aquadrome is a large riverside holiday park on the outskirts of Northampton, with plenty to keep the whole family busy. Mallard View is a quiet spot by the water, a 10–15 minute walk from the main entertainment area.

🎟️ IMPORTANT – BILLING AQUADROME PASSES

All guests need a park pass for each day they are on site, and passes must be arranged through us before arrival. Children under 5 are free.

🎟️ Peak season (school and bank holidays) – £9 per person per day, sold as 3, 5, 7, 10 or 14-day passes only (no 1 or 2-day passes)
🎟️ Off peak – £6 per person per day
🎟️ Out of season – £4.50 per person per day
🏊 Swimming can't be pre-booked and is subject to capacity

🎣 Fishing from outside the caravan requires a valid Environment Agency rod licence.

🪪 We need each guest's full name, age and nationality plus vehicle registration numbers before arrival for park access. By UK law (Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972), guests aged 16+ who are not British or Irish citizens will also be asked for their passport number and country of issue.
🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the caravan.
🎉 No parties or events – this is a peaceful, family-friendly park.
🐾 Dogs must be kept off carpets and furniture. As a pet-friendly caravan we can't guarantee it's free of all pet hair or allergens.
🌊 The caravan is right beside open water – please supervise children at all times when outside the caravan and check where the lifebuoys are on the park map.
⚡ Gas, electricity and water are included under fair use.
🏡 This is a privately owned holiday home on Billing Aquadrome. Your booking is for the accommodation only, and all guests must follow the Billing Aquadrome park rules.
