While the location is a dream, the home itself is just as inviting. Step inside to an open-plan living and kitchen area, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The well-equipped kitchen features ample counter space and four bar stools, perfect for casual dining. The cosy living area comfortably seats six guests and includes a TV for relaxed evenings in.

Adjacent to the living area are two well-sized, comfortable bedrooms, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.

The standalone bathroom includes a shower and a separate toilet for added convenience.

Please note, the third bedroom is located outside the main house and is accessible from the backyard. As the largest of the three, it offers a private and spacious retreat.

Guests often find themselves unwinding in the expansive, grassed backyard, an ideal space for families or groups of friends to relax and reconnect.

One side of the home does not have fencing between the home and the neighbour.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

All the linen and towels are provided for you.

We kindly request that all guests clean the BBQ after use; otherwise, a $50 fee will be charged.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions.
