Further down the hallway, you'll find the main bathroom complete with a shower and toilet, along with a separate laundry area equipped with a washing machine for your convenience.

The second bedroom comfortably accommodates two guests, making the apartment ideal for couples, families or friends travelling together.

The apartment is located within a quiet, well-maintained building and offers a private entrance, lift access, secure basement parking for one vehicle, plus additional free street parking nearby, allowing for an easy and stress-free arrival.

The apartment is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.
