The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy sofa and TV. Another balcony extends off the living room, offering more space to soak in the fresh air.

A few steps down, you’ll find the spacious bedroom comfortably sleeps two guests. Beyond the bedroom is a large, well-appointed bathroom with an oversized shower and a separate toilet for added convenience.

This unit also includes a Euro laundry with a washing machine and dryer to cater to all your laundry needs.

Located just moments from bustling shops, cafes, and the beach, this unit perfectly balances style and convenience, making it the ideal base for your Elwood getaway. Whether looking for a peaceful retreat or to soak up the vibrant local culture, this space offers everything you need for a memorable stay.

There is garage parking for 1 car and street parking available.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

All linens and towels will be included; however, lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions. There's also a tram that takes you straight to the beach or the city, close to the apartment.
