The living room is equipped with a Smart High Definition LED TV, and each bedroom has its own TV as well. Complimentary tea, coffee, and Maggie are provided. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave oven, pop-up toaster, electric kettle, and gas stove. The four bathrooms are hygienic and spacious, with hot and cold water facilities and Jaquar bathroom fittings. The furniture is modern and contemporary, and the apartment offers ample space for groups or families, with a total area of 2800 square feet.

You have full unshared unrestricted access to the living room, kitchen besides the 4 Bed Rooms with attached 4 bathrooms and the balconies
The Independent Luxury Apartment is located on the First Floor. There is no restricted space. The lift is used by residents of ALL apartments in the building- it is a common lift. The other apartments on the Ground, Second and Third Floors are the private property of their residents. The space inside the apartment is available for you entirely. You may use both front and rear Balconies for enjoying the weather or a smoke.
