Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, yet only 75 minutes' drive from Sydney CBD (less from the Northern Suburbs), with a beautiful 20-minute ferry ride across to Palm Beach running regularly.

The entire house is yours, along with the pool, garden and private jetty. Only the garage and a few locked owner's cupboards in the bedrooms and kitchen are off-limits. There's room to gather for a long lunch on the balcony, swim all afternoon and watch the sun go down over Brisbane Water from the end of your own jetty. Bring the boat, the fishing rods and the kids — there's space for all of it.

Please note: the home sits at the highest point of the block for those elevated views. A driveway leads up to the house and entry is via stairs, so it is best suited to guests comfortable with stairs.

★ POOL & WATER SAFETY ★
The pool, jetty and waterfront are unsupervised. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times around the pool, jetty and water. The pool gate must be kept closed. Brisbane Water is tidal and the depth around the jetty changes — no diving or jumping from the jetty. Use of the jetty, water and any boats or watercraft is at guests' own risk.

★ STAIRS & GARDEN PATH ★
Entry to the home is via stairs, and the jetty is reached by a sloping garden path. Please wear suitable footwear and take care, especially after dark or when wet.

★ MAXIMUM 7 GUESTS ★
The home is set up for 7 overnight guests. Additional overnight guests are not permitted.

★ VISITORS ★
Expecting visitors during your stay? Please let us know in advance. Visitors must be approved and must not stay overnight.

★ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ★
This is a peaceful residential area. Strictly no parties, gatherings or loud celebrations. A $2,000 penalty applies for violations.

★ QUIET HOURS: 10PM – 8AM ★
Please be considerate of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum — sound carries across the water, especially at night.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
Pets are not allowed at this property. Breach of this rule may lead to cancellation of your stay, and a penalty may be claimed.

★ NO SMOKING INDOORS ★
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If needed, please step outside and dispose of waste responsibly.

★ PROFESSIONAL HOUSEKEEPING ★
A thorough professional clean is carried out after every check-out for your health, safety and comfort.

★ LINEN & TOWELS ★
Bed linen and bath towels are provided based on the number of guests in your booking — please bring your own beach towels. Extra sets are available for a fee if requested at least 24 hours before check-in.
