Everything in this house is newly furnished, starting with the beds. Both bedrooms have kings with new hybrid mattresses and crisp cotton percale sheets, plus a walk-in closet and a smart TV of their own. Out back, the private fenced yard has a grill, a fire pit and a 120-inch screen for movie nights under the string lights.

The whole house and the private, fully fenced backyard are yours. One locked storage cabinet holds owner supplies, and everything else is yours to use. Self check-in with a keypad smart lock anytime after 4pm; you'll get your code before arrival.

The house is in Grant Hill, a residential neighborhood just east of downtown. Petco Park and the Gaslamp are about 2 miles away, the convention center about 3, and Balboa Park and the zoo about 3.5. Coronado and its beach are about 5 miles over the bridge, and the airport is about 6.

Parking is free on the street and usually easy to find. The 94 and the 15 freeways are both a few minutes away, and getting around San Diego is pretty easy in general.

The house sits up a set of steps and isn't a good fit for anyone who can't manage stairs.

AC and heat are mini-split units in the living and dining areas.

There's an exterior security camera at the front of the house facing the street. It doesn't view any interior space or the backyard.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, in line with San Diego's Good Neighbor Policy, so the fire pit and the movie screen go off by 10pm.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the yard. No parties or events.
