✔️Bedroom #1 (Master): King-size bed +ensuite bathroom. No TV in the bedroom. Closet.
✔️Bedroom #2: Lofted room with Queen-size bed that has access via a vertical ladder. Has TV up there with fluffy floor pillows + nearby hall bathroom
✔️Bedroom #3: Queen-size bed + nearby hall bathroom. No TV in the bedroom. Extra mattress in the closet with sheets.
✔️Common area: One couch, with two love seats and two chairs. Has smart TV with wifi. Amazing fireplace to look at.
✔️2 full bathrooms w/rustic fixtures
✔️Fully equipped kitchen w/granite counter tops. Large dining table outside.
-Grounds Drip Coffee Maker with coffee provided
-Toaster Oven, Microwave, Blender, Yogurt Machine, Crock Pot
✔️Indoor + Outdoor Fireplaces. Indoor is unusable and for looks and outdoor uses firewood. One box of firewood provided.

✔️Charcoal and Gas Grill
✔️Boat Dock with tie downs for your boat. The owner's boat is on site and is not for use.

We have all the essentials needed during your stay, so you can focus on relaxing, having fun, and making memories.

Things to Note:
The neighborhood does NOT allow fireworks since it is in city limits.
We do NOT allow pets. If we find any fur then there will be a $250 cleanup fee.
We do collect 7% local tax which is included in the total.

HOT TUB RULES
1. Enter and exit the hot tub slowly.
2. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
3. No children under 5 years permitted.
4. Please no jumping or diving.
5. Limit bathing sessions to 15 minutes.
6. Do not bring glass in or near hot tub.
7. Do not use hot tub under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
8. Do not use soaps or oils in hot tub.
9. Do not use hot tub after a heavy meal.
10. Do not sit or lie down on waterfall, nor jump off of waterfall into the hot tub. The waterfall cannot hold any weight. Replacement costs are very expensive.
11. Turn off high jets after use.
12. Do not use alone.
13. Do not exceed max number (6) of persons.
14. Do not submerge your head underwater.
15. Keep long hair out of water and away from any drains.
***16. All users of the hot tub do so at their own risk.

***Please consult your doctor before using the hot tub if you are pregnant, have heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, you are receiving treatment or have a long-term illness.

No Pets are allowed. If a pet is brought there is a $250 clean up fee.
Maximum Number of guests are 8. Anything above will incur a fee.

Guests can have access to the house except the locked supply closets and pantry in the kitchen. The outdoor fridge is locked for the owners usage. Indoor fireplace is also unavailable.

Holiday lighting is controlled by timers, set to turn on before the sun sets and to turn off by 10:00 PM. If you would like to enjoy the lights earlier and later, we can adjust the timers to your liking.
