Living Room - Well furnished with a sofa that can accommodate 4 people (seating). SMART TV plugged. You can also use your NETFLIX account as the TV has the app. For your dining needs there is a center island with bar stools for eating quick meals.

Kitchen - I have everything you need to cook a feast or warm up food. Its an open kitchen so that the you can still interact with others while working in the kitchen. Dishwasher makes clean-up easy.

Bedrooms - Spacious sized with Queen bed and a spacious wardrobe drawer

Balcony - Opens on to south and North side in Toronto to wind-down after a long day and spend quality time with friends & family. Has amazing views. No smoking/vaping allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Please go outside of the building if you need to smoke/vape

Washer & dryer - Fully automatic washer and dryer are available inside the unit. Washing detergent will be provided.

Building Amenities - It is a new building and has amazing amenities including Gym, 24 hour security, Super-fast elevators... Modern State-of-art building!!

Please note that due to the short supply of hygienic products, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel will be provided during the start of your stay to get your started. Any additional supplies that you may need will be your responsibility.

A few blocks north on Bloor Street you’ll find fashionable boutique shopping, on Yonge Street you’ll discover fun nightlife adventures, the Eaton Centre is close by, as is Queen Street shopping and entertainment, the Financial District, and University Avenue’s Discovery District. A few local restaurants to check out are Elephant & Castle right across Gerrard Street, Adega on Elm Street. For groceries and other household needs you are connected to College Park Mall where you will find a 24-hour Metro, not to mention the Loblaws and Bulk Barn found along College Street off of Yonge. The City of Toronto and TTC are completing sewer and streetcar-track work along College and Carlton Streets, including the area immediately surrounding the building.
Temporary traffic restrictions, sidewalk detours, and TTC service changes may also be in effect. Access to the building is expected to remain available, but guests arriving by car, taxi, or rideshare should allow additional travel time.
