💸 Any unauthorized pet will incur a $250 fine per pet, in addition to applicable pet fees.

♨️ **Hot tub is available for guest use** — please follow all posted rules for safety and cleanliness.

⚠️ **DO NOT unplug, disconnect, shut off, or tamper with the hot tub or its electrical equipment.** The hot tub must remain powered at all times for proper operation and equipment protection.

💸 **A minimum $250 charge may apply** if the hot tub is unplugged, disconnected, or tampered with and service, cleaning, or repairs are required. Guests are responsible for any repair or replacement costs exceeding $250 when damage results from misuse or tampering.

🚭 No smoking or parties allowed.
🤫 Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours.

🗑 There is a $75 charge if trash bins are not placed outside on scheduled pickup day.

🕒 Early check-in / Late checkout may be available for an additional fee (subject to availability).

❄️ During colder months, ice may form on stairs and walkways. We provide salt or sand for de-icing, but please use caution as weather conditions can change rapidly.
