Quiet neighborhood in nice area of Memphis. Convenient access to Interstate 40 which is 3 minutes away. Neighbors look out for each other in this community. Colletta's is a must try which is walking distance if you're in the mood for authentic Italian food.

Uber and Lyft services are available in this area as well as public transportation. Shopping and restaurants are 3 to 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bike /walking. You will find over 200 stores and restaurants on Germantown Parkway which is minutes from this location.

For your safety and our peace of mind while our home is vacant, security cameras are placed on the exterior of the home. Front porch, rear porch and driveway to monitor while house is unoccupied with guests.
